Standard shipping rates vary based on product dimensions and weight, fulfillment location, and shipping destination for each order. The estiated shipping time (EDT) is the total of time for fulfillment and shipping. Typically, the average order fulfillment spans 2–5 business days, encompassing all production techniques. The estimation process considers the present order volume and their fulfillment capacity. Similarly, the estimated shipping time is derived from historical shipping data relevant to your area or selling region. However, it's crucial to note that the estimated delivery time is a projection, not an absolute guarantee.
Nonetheless, our team diligently strives to meet these delivery estimates with each order. In the event that the EDT has elapsed, we recommend waiting a bit longer. If, after 5 business days, your order has not arrived, please reach out to us, and we'll promptly investigate the matter for you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to provide you with the best possible service.
Keep in mind that all carriers require phone numbers for Express delivery.
The most suitable carrier is chosen for your shipment, considering the selected shipping method and destination. You’ll know which carrier service delivers your shipment in the order confirmation email.
If Express shipping is unavailable for a specific destination the Standard rate will only be visible.
Some products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability, such as snapbacks. In some cases products will be fulfilled in different facilities, and therefore, shipped separately.
Orders cannot be shipped to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

The Gaza Strip region in Palestine

Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.
